    Complete Gymnasium Summer season Camp

    Day 1: Sturdy Begin || Camp Kickoff!

    💪 Complete Gymnasium Exercise of the Day: Complete Physique Energy Circuit

    Focus: Foundational power & stability

    Instructions: Carry out the workouts listed in circuit format, one after the opposite with minimal relaxation durations (goal 15 seconds).  Select to carry out both reps or time.  Repeat 2 or extra rounds based mostly in your timing.
