    Day 5: End Line Friday | Camp Closeout Circuit

    Hey Camp Warrior! Welcome to Day 5, the grand finale of Complete Health club Summer season Camp!

    The power is excessive, the progress is actual, and whilst you may not be able to say goodbye to camp simply but… you’ve obtained quite a bit to be happy with.

    Let’s take a second to replicate: you’ve powered via 4 days of motion, mindset, and significant progress. However simply because camp is wrapping up doesn’t imply it’s over.  In the present day isn’t the top — it’s your launchpad!

    With 5 days of consistency, power, and sweat behind you, you’re prepared to hold this power into your subsequent season of motion.

    ✨ Complete Health club Camp Closeout

    To shut out our summer time camp enjoyable, we’ll end robust with a Camp Closeout Circuit.  This exercise features a total-body fusion that brings the very best of the week into one empowering finale. You’ll combine cardio, power, core, and adaptability in your Complete Health club to problem your physique, have fun your progress, and end with a smile.

    Why This Exercise Issues

    In the present day’s session isn’t simply one other exercise. It’s a celebration of your consistency, power, and development. It brings collectively every part you’ve realized and completed this week into one empowering, total-body problem. The Camp Closeout Circuit helps you:

    • Practice via a number of motion patterns for real-life power
    • Increase each muscular and cardiovascular endurance
    • Fireplace up full-body energy with core-driven management
    • Reconnect to your “why” and carry the momentum ahead
    • Mirror on how far you’ve come and get excited for what’s subsequent

    💪 Complete Health club Exercise of the Day: Camp Closeout Circuit

    Focus: Complete-body power, cardio, core management

    Workouts: 3-4 per circuit (one from every day’s theme)

    Format: 2–3 Rounds | 15-25 reps per transfer OR 45 sec work / 15 sec relaxation

    Set Up

    Equipment: Squat Stand, Pull-up Bars, ABCrunch

    Stage: Low-Medium (regulate to accommodate your power)

    CIRCUIT  1: Cardio Increase (Impressed by Day 3)

    Medium Stage / Squat Stand + Pull-up Bars

    1. Incline Mountain Climbers
    2. Squat Jumps (choice range stances: parallel, turned out, single leg – 10 reps every)
    3. Pull-Ups +plyos

    🔁 REPEAT 2-3 Rounds

    CIRCUIT 2: Energy (Impressed by Day 1)

     

    Low-Medium Stage / Cables

    1. Torso Rotation (R/ L)
    2. Seated/ Kneeling Rows
    3. Incline Chest Press

    🔁 REPEAT 2-3 Rounds

     

    CIRCUIT  3: Core & Management (Impressed by Day 2) 

    Low-Medium  Stage / ABCrunch

    1. Burpie Slide Out
    2. Knee Tucks
    3. Indirect Tucks (R/L)

    🔁 REPEAT 2-3 Rounds

    CIRCUIT 4: Stretch & Reset (Impressed by Day 4)

    Low-Medium  Stage

    1. Runner’s Lunge + Hamstring Rock (R/L)
    2. Seated Twist
    3. Plank to Down Canine
    4. Little one’s pose + Breath work
