Let’s take a second to replicate: you’ve powered via 4 days of motion, mindset, and significant progress. However simply because camp is wrapping up doesn’t imply it’s over. In the present day isn’t the top — it’s your launchpad!

Focus: Complete-body power, cardio, core management
Workouts: 3-4 per circuit (one from every day’s theme)
Format: 2–3 Rounds | 15-25 reps per transfer OR 45 sec work / 15 sec relaxation
Set Up
Equipment: Squat Stand, Pull-up Bars, ABCrunch
Stage: Low-Medium (regulate to accommodate your power)
CIRCUIT 1: Cardio Increase (Impressed by Day 3)
Medium Stage / Squat Stand + Pull-up Bars
- Incline Mountain Climbers
- Squat Jumps (choice range stances: parallel, turned out, single leg – 10 reps every)
- Pull-Ups +plyos

CIRCUIT 2: Energy (Impressed by Day 1)
Low-Medium Stage / Cables
- Torso Rotation (R/ L)
- Seated/ Kneeling Rows
- Incline Chest Press

CIRCUIT 3: Core & Management (Impressed by Day 2)
Low-Medium Stage / ABCrunch
- Burpie Slide Out
- Knee Tucks
- Indirect Tucks (R/L)

CIRCUIT 4: Stretch & Reset (Impressed by Day 4)
Low-Medium Stage
- Runner’s Lunge + Hamstring Rock (R/L)
- Seated Twist
- Plank to Down Canine
- Little one’s pose + Breath work
